School IPS Review 2016

As an Independent Public School Hampton Park is subject to external review every three years. The findings of the review are presented in the attached report.

Parent Information

Hampton Park is a school located approximately 14 kms North East of Perth in the suburb of Morley and established in the 1950s. With a current K-6 enrolment of approximately 385 students, the school offers a rich and diverse curriculum; including academic, sporting and numerous activities that utilise its multicultural community.

With many experienced and dedicated teachers the school offers a stable and supportive environment for children to achieve their best. Classes include traditional single year level groups, multi-age units and split year levels where appropriate. This flexible approach enables the school to cater best for student needs.

Health Authorisation Forms

The school is happy to administer medications to your child on arrangement.

Please complete the Administration of Medication form (Form 3) and send it to school with your child. Please do not send medications without the completed form or ask your children to self medicate.

If your child has asthma you are required to complete an Asthma Management & Response Plan (Form 8).  

If your child has a mild to moderated allergy they require a Response Plan (Form 5)

If your child has any other serious health conditions please make an appointment to see Mrs de Jonk to discuss your child’s specific needs. She is available Mondays to Wednesdays in the office.
